TOFAŞ WAY

This is a box game for TOFAS with the aim of showing the big picture of the company to new employees.

Players manage different departments (Production, Purchasing, After Sales, etc.) in TOFAŞ. They need to work in harmony with each other to reach their respective year-end goals – but if one player uses more of the budget to achieve their own goals, the other players will start to struggle.
